Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company’s online marketing efforts, ensuring our brand has a strong digital presence and attracts qualified leads. This role involves overseeing various digital marketing channels, developing creative marketing campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies to achieve the company’s business goals, including increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content (blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and targets relevant audiences.

SEO & SEM: Work with SEO and SEM specialists to optimize content, run paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, etc.), and improve organic traffic, search engine rankings, and conversions.

Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow the online community, engage with followers, and execute social media campaigns.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, promote products, and drive customer engagement and retention.

Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI and reach new audiences.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation to ensure effective use of marketing budgets.

Website Management: Work with developers and designers to optimize the user experience (UX) and ensure the website is optimized for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and conversion goals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms that aligns with the overall brand identity and marketing goals.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and web analytics to implement cutting-edge strategies.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

– Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer, Digital Marketer, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).

– Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

– Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

– Excellent copywriting and editing skills for digital platforms.

– Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

– Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

– Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing.

– Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.

– Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
